Permanent Cosmetics Course Outline

Course Description

Permanent cosmetics provide a way to save time and help clients to gain the appearance they desire.  Permanent cosmetics can help enhance and correct certain conditions.  For those with little or no eyebrow hair, this procedure can provide more natural-looking results.  It can also cover up unsightly scars, make lips appear fuller with more vibrant in color and provide a solution for those allergic to makeup.  Permanent eyeliner helps to bring out the eyes and do not wash away, smudge or fade in a few hours.  The results can last for years.
